APPROVED BITCHES

   1. Bitch must be AKC registered and have registration papers/ OFA and CERF health clearance certificates present before breeding.

   2.  Bitch must be in good health.  We will require an up to date vaccination record.

   3.  Bitch must have a current brucellosis test done prior to breeding.

   4.  Bitch must not carry a dilute gene.

   5.  Puppies from this litter shall not be sold for testing purposes or to a pet store.

STUD FEE

   1. Stud fee will be pick of the litter or _________________.  This will be determined by stud owner prior to breeding.

   2.  Half of the stud fee will be due at the time of breeding.  The remaining balance will be due when the litter is two weeks of age.

   3.  Registration papers will not be signed until the stud fee is paid in full.   

   4.  $15.00 per day will be charged if the female is boarded with Quack Attack Retrievers.

GUARANTEE

   1.  Stud fee is non-refundable.

   2.  Stud fee price is _____________.
   3.  If the litter produces less than 3 puppies, Quack Attack Retrievers will prorate the litter at $200.00/puppy.

   4.  If the breeding fails to produce any puppies Quack Attack Retrievers will grant a repeat breeding to the same female, unless your vet deems            the female unfit to breed.  If this is the case we will grant a return breeding to another approved female or your choosing.

   4.  Quack Attack Retrievers will do all we can to help you place your puppies in fabulous homes, but we do not guarantee the sale of your litter.

   5.  Quack Attack Retrievers will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees resulting from this breeding.
